My specialty is the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and customizing mineral rebalancing and replenishing supplements.
Minerals are needed in every single process the body ever needs to carry out, and there are so many things that use up our minerals in different ways, leaving us depleted and worn down.
The HTMA test though also offers great information on the status of cellular health, nervous system function, metabolic health, heavy metal toxicity, and more.
So not only is it a huge foundational piece by showing us what needs replenishing/rebalancing, but it gives us a compass for future steps to getting you better!
First off, don't worry. Almost every one is! I'm glad to say I have access to creating a *custom (how great is that?!) mineral replenishing and rebalancing supplement that I make for you based off of your HTMA results. As this supplement is an additional cost, its absolutely optional, and we can also go about it in other ways instead if needed.
The custom supplement is a great option however, as it would take the place of several other supplement bottles on your counter and things to remember to take! It really is a comprehensive, almost-all-in-one foundational protocol!
I'm currently in Orange County, California. But don't let that stop you! I actually only see people via online video call. You can stay home and talk to me in your pj's if needed, no judgement!

I do absolutely use those in my practice, but you won't see them for couple of reasons.
1) Those should never be Step One in your wellness protocols. The body needs solid foundation work like mineral balancing and drainage pathway prep before its safe or effective to ask it to do something like a detox. 2) Everyone is different, and if we come across a need for those in your consults, symptoms/history, and testing, then we will for sure address them! But only after we know the body is able to get the toxins out effectively.
I do earn a portion of the profit from my Doctor's Supplement Store, and from a few brands I go to. But the earnings are never the driving force behind my recommendation. I really want you to use what will be effective and helpful for your body, but also fit within your budget and needs.
I'm not one to throw 45 supplements at you. Only a few at a time. That being said, quality is of UTMOST importance and you get what you pay for. Some are all encompassing like the custom mineral rebalancing supplement and last for a few months, so the initial price seems shocking, but broken down over the three months is not so bad.
You should expect to spend approximately $150-400 per month depending on your individual needs and how hard we end up going after your issues. I always do my best to offer options and work within budget parameters.
Functional testing cannot be ordered if you are in NY. Most cannot be ordered if you are in NJ, or RI.
Other than that, in most cases, yes, tests ordered are either a kit that will be mailed to your home for sample collection, or a requisition form for you to take to a phlebotomy lab in your area.
That's frustrating, I know. Since your body belongs to you, you should be able to test what you want. I have a comprehensive blood work panel available for a separate cost. I would be glad to help you get that done. We can discuss it during your intake consult or during a Discovery Call.
